The Elgin Mount Pandim - Heritage Resort & Spa - Pelling

We absolutely loved the rooms; the view was incredible! the setting here is just beautiful, surrounded by magnificent mountains 🏔️.

delightful hotel with excellent food and excellent location not far from the currently biggest and 2nd oldest monastery of sikkim, and the main attraction.

The place is stunningly beautiful and delightful, we didn't want to leave!

The rooms are modern with clean bathrooms. The beds are exceptionally comfortable to sleep on. Very close to most sightseeings, the location is favourable adjacent to transport and Bengal and Sikkim. Also, it's next to Pemayangtse Gompa.

Had a fabulous stay for New Year. the scenery was stunning and the staff were really friendly and attentive. Loved the complimentary welcome drink and freshly baked cookies in the room each day. the highlight was the candlelit dinner which was fantastic. the spa was another amazing experience.

The only criticism was the limited menu options, could have done with more variety and local dishes. the location was quite remote and had difficult access roads, but the view made up for it.

The location of the hotel is a real gem as it is set amongst the hills and right next to a famous monastery, offering a peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking views of the surrounding valley. the rooms are cozy and clean with modern amenities, and the friendly staff is always on hand to assist with any request. the breakfast is delicious and served with a stunning view. the heritage property exudes a classic charm with chandeliers, old-world sofas, and elegant brass room keys.

The food could be improved as not enough local dishes are being served, missing out on an opportunity to showcase the local cuisine.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, right next to a renowned monastery and providing a fantastic view of the Kanchenjunga range. The hotel facilities are grand and well-maintained, providing lots of space to chill out in the lobby and common areas. The staff were attentive and courteous, making sure that nothing was too much trouble. To top it all off, the breakfast was delicious.

The views from the hotel were stunning, with peaks visible in the distance. the staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the homey feel of the hotel. Being a bit away from the hustle and bustle of town was refreshing and allowed for a peaceful New Year; we even enjoyed a beautiful sunset over the mountains.

Although the hotel was quaint and charming, the food was not very varied and could use some improvement in quality. it felt a bit expensive compared to similar accommodations in the area.

the spa and wellness center was excellent and the massage left me feeling rejuvenated. the exclusive room had a fireplace and breathtaking views of the nearby mountains. the restaurant had a great breakfast menu with a variety of options and the staff provided excellent service. the location next to the monastery was a peaceful retreat.

The only minor issue I had was that the room lacked air conditioning or fans, but the staff provided a pedestal fan which was noisy. it did not affect my overall experience at this hotel.
